Heavenly View Estate Farm is an open wedding venue. We can provide preferred vendors for your consideration but, ultimately, you are free to select any vendor that you feel best aligns with the goals for your wedding celebration. We can provide either indoor or outdoor sites for all the special events of your wedding day at one breathtaking location. We offer five general wedding categories, as listed below, and cost is always dictated by your actual guest count:

1. The Elopement Wedding – Generally up to 12 total guests;
2. The Micro Wedding – Generally up to 25 total guests;
3. The Intimate Wedding – Generally up to 50 total guests;
4. The Grand Classic Wedding – Generally up to 250 total guests, and;
5. The Grand Gala Wedding – Generally up to 400 total guests

The Elopement Wedding

• Generally up to 12 guests (including the bride and groom);
• 3 Hour timeframe with your choice of times from 11:00am to 11:00pm;
• Available 7 days a week from 11-15 thru 4-15;
• Available Sunday thru Thursday in prime season;
• Choice of ceremony site (indoor or outdoor) and seating for 12 guests;
• Access to the entire 346 acre estate for unlimited photos;
• Abundant free parking
• All required guest and vendor tables and chairs

The Micro Wedding

• Generally up to 25 guests (including the bride and groom);
• 6 Hour timeframe with your choice of times from 11:00am to 11:00pm;
• Climate-controlled Get Ready Suites for bride and Groom;
• Available 7 days a week from 11-15 thru 4-15;
• Available Sunday thru Thursday in prime season;
• Choice of sites (indoor or outdoor) and seating for 25 guests;
• Access to the entire 346 acre estate for unlimited photos;
• Abundant free parking
• All required guest and vendor tables and chairs
• Dance floor and bar
• Firepit
• Climate-controlled restrooms for all guests

The Intimate Wedding

• Generally up to 50 guests (including the bride and groom);
• 10 Hour timeframe with your choice of times from 10:00am to 12:00pm;
• Climate-controlled Get Ready Suites for bride and Groom;
• Choice of sites (outdoor) and seating for 50 guests;
• A scheduled 2 hour rehearsal time opportunity the week of the wedding;
• Access to the entire 346 acre estate for unlimited photos;
• Abundant free parking;
• All required guest and vendor tables and chairs
• Dance Floor and Bar
• Luxury Outdoor Furniture
• Brushed Stainless Steel Cocktail Tables
• Firepit
• Unlimited scheduled venue visits for family, friends and vendors from time of booking
• Climate-controlled restrooms for all guests

The Grand Classic Wedding

• Generally up to 250 guests to celebrate your wedding;
• 3 Day Venue Access;
• Climate-controlled Get Ready Suites for bride and Groom;
• 14 Hour Total Wedding Day access and availability from 10:00am to 12:00pm midnight;
• Choice of ceremony and cocktail hour sites;
• Unlimited scheduled venue visits for family, friends and vendors from time of booking;
• Exclusive All Day venue access the day before your wedding to decorate, hold a rehearsal and complete all manner of preparations;
• Access to the entire 346 acre estate for unlimited photos;
• Abundant free parking with cart assistance for physically limited guests;
• Set up personal decorations the day before your wedding and wait to takedown these same decorations the day after your wedding celebration
• All required guest and vendor tables and chairs
• Large Dance Floor, multiple bars and chandeliers hung throughout the reception area
• Luxury Outdoor Furniture
• Brushed Stainless Steel Cocktail Tables
• Firepit
• Reserve your wedding with a deposit of Ten (10%) Percent and enjoy complete flexibility as to how and when you pay the balance
• Climate-controlled restrooms for all guests

The Grand Gala Wedding

• Generally up to 400 guests to celebrate your wedding;
• 3 Day Venue Access;
• Climate-controlled Get Ready Suites for bride and Groom;
• 14 Hour Total Wedding Day access and availability from 10:00am to 12:00pm midnight;
• Choice of ceremony and cocktail hour sites;
• Unlimited scheduled venue visits for family, friends and vendors from time of booking;
• Exclusive All Day venue access the day before your wedding to decorate, hold a rehearsal and complete all manner of preparations;
• Access to the entire 346 acre estate for unlimited photos;
• Abundant free parking with cart assistance for physically limited guests;
• Set up personal decorations the day before your wedding and wait to takedown these same decorations the day after your wedding celebration
