Heavenly View Estate Farm is a breathtaking open wedding venue commanding a view of 3 States. We provide you the freedom to hire any vendor that you feel best aligns with your vision for your special day. If you need vendor suggestions, simply ask for a copy of our Suggested Vendor List, a highly illustrative, but by no means exhaustive, List of the many vendors we welcome.

  1. The Grand Classic Wedding is envisioned for anywhere from 50 to up to 600 guests (exact price is based upon guest count)
  2. The Elegant Country Wedding can serve any size wedding, but is envisioned for 50 to 200 guests (exact price is based upon guest count)

  • Unlimited scheduled venue visits from time of booking for family, friends, vendors and photos;
  • Celebrate your ceremony, “cocktail hours” and reception at our grand wedding venue;
  • Climate-controlled separate Get-Ready Suites for both our bride and groom;
  • Unlimited wedding day venue access. You decide when “the party is over”;
  • Friday “All-Day-Before” to decorate, rehearse and complete all preparations;
  • Access to the entire 346 acre estate for photos and video;
  • Mercedes Benz S550 “wedding white” car service and abundant parking;
  • Decorate to your heart’s content on Friday and take down your decorations on Sunday;
  • Providing and set up of all gold Chiavari ceremony guest seating;
  • Expansive array of outdoor sofas, sectionals and chairs for “cocktail hours” seating;
  • Brushed stainless steel high top cocktail tables and a 10’ 2-station bar with coolers;
  • Grand 8,000 s.f. Reception tent clad with chandeliers, LED lighting and dedicated space for vendors, including electrical power;
  • Providing and set up of all required guest, vendor and specialty tables of your choice, including 60”R, 72”R, farm tables and banquet tables, for example;
  • Providing of all gold padded Chiavari ballroom guest reception chairs;
  • Providing and set up of an ultra-large 600+ s.f. Dance floor along with a second 10’ bar and coolers;
  • Friday “All-Day Before” rehearsal dinner. You make your own food & drink arrangements;
  • Reserve your special day with a deposit of ten (10%) percent;
  • HVEF hosts weddings over days, not hours. Enjoy the peace and calm of never ever, ever feeling rushed.

The Elegant Country Wedding (What’s Included)

  • Exclusive 1 Day venue access from 10:00am until 12:00 midnight;
  • Scheduled venue visits from the time of booking for family, friends, vendors and photos;
  • Have your ceremony, “Cocktail Hours” and reception all at our grand venue;
  • Climate-controlled separate Get-Ready Suites for both our bride and groom;
  • Access to the entire 346 acre estate for photos and video;
  • Abundant free parking and cart assistance for guests with physical limitations;
  • Providing and set up of all gold Chiavari ceremony guest seating;
  • Expansive array of outdoor sofas, sectionals and chairs at the “Cocktail Hours”;
  • Brushed stainless steel high top cocktail tables and a 10′ 2-station bar with coolers;
  • Grand 8,000 s.f. Reception tent clad with chandeliers and LED lighting, including electrical power;
  • Providing and set up of all required guest, vendor and specialty tables;
  • Providing of all required gold padded Chiavari ballroom guest reception chairs;
  • Providing of a large dance floor along with a second 10′ 2-station reception bar;
  • Reserve your special day with a deposit of ten (10%) percent.


Elopement, Micro and Intimate Weddings are generally available Monday thru Thursday from May thru October.
